Ian & Bren are top class. From the initial phone contact, price, options, on site visit and choice of finish all went like clock work.Dates given delivered upon, clean and tidy on a daily basis, with attention to detail right up until signing the job off as complete.101% made the right decision - be assured if i move and need another one, i'll be calling Design my Stairs for another install. Excellent craftsmen.Thanks guys.

Absolutely Amazing 🤩 We have just had our old staircase refitted by Design My Stairs and what a transformation. The work from start to finish was exceptional, the Team were so lovely and professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. From start to finish this has been a no nonsense professional job.Ian's attention to detail to ensure we got exactly what we wanted was second to none.Customer care is something in short supply these days, so what a refreshing change to deal with such a company, where the customer really counts.Mid job a few tweeks , no drama.John and Brendon, master carpenters, eye for detail, exceptional. We recently had a new staircase fitted by Design My Stairs, the reason being to meet the latest building regulations which ensure that small children cannot get their heads stuck and also gave the property a modern appearance.The work excelled in all five areas, the tradesmen were extremely good at their job and new exactly what was needed, nothing was too much trouble. The work extended over three days and on each occasion the area was thoroughly cleaned and tools stored safely.There were one or two very minor snags which were rectified immediately.I have no hesitation in recommending Ian and his team if you need a professional staircase renovation.
